Character pedal boats
The boats everyone photographs. Pedal a swan, duck, dragon or flamingo around the harbor — no licence, no lesson, no reservation needed.

Drive yourself. Silent electric boats from 14 to 21 feet, seating four to twelve, with a canopy for the sun and no licence required.

The swans light up after dark
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings the character pedal boats go out fully illuminated — green, purple and white against black water, with the harbor lights behind you. Same boat, an hour later, completely different night out.

All booked by phone. The Dreamer is our own USCG-certified vessel — she runs private tours, charters, December light cruises and memorials at sea.

Protected harbor water
No surf, no swell, nothing to launch through. Ventura Harbor is flat enough that most first-timers stand up on a paddle board within a few minutes.
No licence, no lesson
Electric boats run at harbor speed and steer like a car. Staff run you through the controls at the dock before you cast off.
One dock, everything on it
Kayaks, boards, electric boats and the character pedal boats all launch from Dock C-10, right in front of Brophy Bros.

We are at Dock C-10 in Ventura Harbor Village — down on the water between the restaurants. Park in the Village lot and walk down; you will spot the swans before you spot the sign.
