Everything we rent on Ventura Harbor

Four kinds of boat, one dock, and no reservation needed during the day. Prices below are per hour and include everything you need to get on the water.

We do not take reservations on daytime rentals. Kayaks, paddle boards, electric boats and pedal boats all go out first come, first served. On a sunny weekend afternoon there can be a wait, so earlier is better.

Night-lit pedal boats are the exception — those are by appointment only. See the evening schedule.

Character pedal boats

The boats everyone photographs. Pedal a swan, duck, dragon or flamingo around the harbor — no licence, no lesson, no reservation needed.

Electric boats

Drive yourself. Silent electric boats from 14 to 21 feet, seating four to twelve, with a canopy for the sun and no licence required.

Kayaks

Sit-on-top singles, doubles and a family double-plus. Flat, protected water and sea lions most mornings.

Paddle boards

Wide, flat-decked boards built for stability, on water with no swell. If you have never stood on a SUP, this is the place to try.

Prices are per hour unless the row says otherwise. Electric boat rentals also require a refundable $500 damage deposit. All rentals are weather permitting.
