The boat
One vessel, certified for 42
The Dreamer is certified by the United States Coast Guard to carry up to 42 passengers. Inside the harbor that is the full 42 all year. Offshore the limit changes with the season: 28 passengers from 1 January through 31 May, and 42 from 1 June through 31 December.
Charters run by the hour. You get the whole boat — nobody else is booked alongside your group — plus the captain and crew. What happens in between is yours to plan: a slow loop of the harbor and the Keys, a run out past the jetty, or an hour tied to the idea of not doing anything at all.
As the crew have said for years: if you’re stressed, float a while.

Terms
Payment and cancellation
Worth reading before you commit to a date — the cancellation policy on charters is strict.
- All payments are due before the boat sails.
- There is a no-cancellation policy on private events. A cancelled charter is charged for the full charter bill.
- You are welcome to bring your own food. If you do, you are responsible for utensils, linens and cleaning up after yourselves.
- Due to the vessel's liquor licence, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased on board.
Note: the previous website also advertised public dinner cruises. Those are no longer offered — private charters replaced them.

Charters are booked one group at a time, so availability moves quickly in summer and in December. Call with a date and a headcount and we will tell you straight away whether the Dreamer is free.
